Rock the Block!!

During the CTMH Convention last week a great new product was revealed- an exclusive cricut cartridge, Art Philosophy!  Close To My Heart and Cricut have come together to offer us this great new collection!  Many of the shapes are a perfect fit with stamp sets images!  It features 700 cricut shapes that can be cut into 42 sizes each!  That is a total of 32,000 possibilities!!  Shapes include stamp images, boxes and bags, 3-D images, flowers, etc!  There possibilities are endless!

Hope for Japan

The last few days have been filled with sad images of the devastation in Japan.  Most of us have felt a need to help and reach out to those in need but have not had a means to do so.  Starting today, Close To My Heart is making the exclusive A-sized stamp set, Hope for Japan (see images below), available for only $5 and 100% of the profits going to the Red Cross relief efforts in Japan!  The stamp set features beautiful hearts, wings, and butterflies that express our love and hope for the people of Japan.  The stamp set will be available from March 24th to April 30th- thank you for helping to provide Hope to Japan!!

Simply Scallops!

One of my favorite new Close To My Heart tools is the Scallop Circle Punch.  It is a 2 inch circle that coordinates well with our new stamp set, Salutation Seals (C1461).  Or use it with other circle stamp sets such as Connections (D1330) and  Circle Round (D1300).  Learn how to use the Scallop Circle Punch to create a banner and to highlight a stamped image- check out the following video about the Scallop Circle Punch- Enjoy!

Happy Valentine's Day!

This is the Valentine's Day Card I made for my husband.  I used the new Sweetheart Paper Pack and Pink Assortment buttons.  LOVE the papers!!

To sweeten his day (or at least his lunch) I also decorated a candy bar with coordinating papers...

You can create the candy wrapper by using piece of tulip cardstock that is 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 and the stripped B&T (background and texture) paper that is 5 x 6 1/2. I adhered the two together and wrapped it around my candy bar (I used a Hershey's chocolate bar).  Adding a few stamped images and ribbon added the final touches!

4 New Paper Packs!
