One of my favorite new Close To My Heart tools is the Scallop Circle Punch. It is a 2 inch circle that coordinates well with our new stamp set, Salutation Seals (C1461). Or use it with other circle stamp sets such as Connections (D1330) and Circle Round (D1300).
